Introducing our brand-new range of knitted accessories, utilising colourful remnants from the guernsey making process.
Journey to zero waste
In any product based business, there will always be waste, but it’s our responsibility as a company with 60 years’ experience creating sustainable fashion, to continually question how that waste can be reduced even further on our production line.
Remnants from the knitting process come about as a result of the precision required to produce each guernsey jumper on our vintage flat-bed machines. Panels of varying sizes, in bright colours, sometimes using limited runs of yarn may not be quite perfect to be used within a garment, but the remnants are far too stunning to sit unused.
Creating the Remade collection
Reviewing the pieces we had collected, we set about designing a capsule collection of beautiful accessories, and have produced a range of items which use up the varying sizes & shapes of the woollen remnants, leaving as little as possible to waste.
We wanted to utilise them to their maximum.
Working with a talented pattern designer, we are delighted to introduce you to our Remade collection of hot water bottle covers, laptop cases, shopping and tote bags as well as cushion covers and even some dog coats for furry friends (dog coats only available in store).
Each product uses pieces that have been cut specifically for that item, so are limited edition, some completely unique.
Available now, but hurry!
The products are available to buy online and in store now. Because of the nature of how they are made, we won’t be able to reproduce any specific colourways – they are truly one of a kind and stock is limited!
