Cor la eh! is an exclamation of surprise in Guernésiais, the ancient Norman dialect of Guernsey, spoken by fewer than 200 fluent speakers today. A phrase that captures the spirit of our island perfectly: warm, characterful, and utterly unique.
Our "Cor La Eh" guernseys wear that spirit proudly and feature the phrase in a bold jacquard design. They are knitted using the same 100% accredited British worsted wool as all our traditional guernseys — delivering exceptional warmth, weather resistance, and the kind of quality that only comes from slow, considered making.
Every garment is hand finished by our local linking team at our micro factory here on Guernsey. The shoulders and hem carry the recognisable ribbing and patterned stitches of a true guernsey, with a side vent at the hip for ease of movement.

Sizes range from 38 to 48" chest
As with all of our guernseys please size up by 2 inches on your actual chest measurement for a traditional fit.
Please note these come up slightly shorter than our traditional guernseys with the hem just at pocket level, for a more modern fit.
