As you may be aware Royal Mail has had an issue with all ROW deliveries out of the UK. This means we have a further delay if you opted for standard (small items like hats or scarves). We have already received some parcels back that haven't left the UK. We are sorry about this but it is beyond our control. All exchanges will be extended until the end of January 2023. Postage for exchanges is charged both ways. Please send your garments back tracked as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
